Travel Information:

• Guests can fly through either of two airports: Beef island (EIS) or St. Thomas (STT). St. Thomas flights are likely to be more economical, and are twenty minute ferry ride to Tortola ($25). There are also numerous daily flights that are quite reliable.


• From St. Thomas, take the ferry to West End, Tortola, not Road Town. The dock at West End is a seven minute taxi ride to Long Bay.

Rooming information:

• All rooms are double occupancy unless otherwise specified, but if you're traveling single, we will match you up with a roommate.


• Availability of room spaces is based on gender on a first come, first served basis; i.e., if a room is first chosen by a female, the other half of that room is only available for a female (unless a mutually consenting male diver agrees to room with them).


• We will do our best to accommodate others if the currently reserved rooms fill up, but there is no guarantee we will be able to. The safest thing to do is sign up as early as possible to guarantee yourself a space. It is likely this trip will fill up quickly, so don't delay; our trips have been overfilling.


• We cannot totally guarantee specific roommates, however, if you would like to room with someone specific, you can sign up at the time of registration or make a request by email and we will make every effort to accommodate you. In order to help expedite requests, roommate requests should be made in as far in advance as possible.††

This trip is:

• Good for novice and experienced divers alike.


• Will include an instructor escort/trip leader.


• If you need to do your open water certification dives, you can do them on this trip!****


• Refreshers are required for those divers that have not been in the water in the last year. Normally $95, but reduced to $50 for those coming on the trip. Please email us to schedule a refresher.

Interesting facts:

• The BVI is entirely English speaking.
• Our currency is the US dollar.
• You can get here very economically. We are only a $25.00 (20 minute) ferry ride from the U.S. Virgin Island of St Thomas, so there are numerous daily flights that are very reasonable and dependable. Airport code ‘STT’.
• You can also fly directly into the BVI from Puerto Rico. The destination is known as Beef Island/Tortola, airport code ‘EIS’.
• We CAN also arrange transportation from the airports and every other facet of the trip is coordinated between the Group Leader and our Management, to make sure that every customer is well informed and satisfied every step of the way! We make your job EASY!!!
• Low deposit to hold a date and secure the special pricing: Only $1,000.00!! To secure the $1,399 per person rate, the deposit must be made by 30 January 2012. The firm date for your Group trip can be determined and confirmed at any time before 31 March 2012, for available dates from May to October 2012.
• It’s affordable in the BVI!!! You can get a great burger and fries or a Mahi sandwich at many beach bars for $10.00, beers are $3.00 and mixed drinks are always strong in the BVI!!! Coca Cola costs more than Rum here!
• Population of less than 20,000 in the entire country which is a group of over 60 islands! No crowds or traffic here. Franchises are illegal in the BVI: no McDonald’s, Starbucks, Walmarts or KFC. Expect Caribbean culture, life music, memories of a lifetime!

• We offer guided dives that allow divers who conserve their air to dive as long a profile as they desire under the experienced supervision of our Instructors.
• Photographers in qualified dive buddy teams with computers are allowed to dive their own profile unsupervised.
• Your divers will be amazed at the variety of dive sites that we will dive: EVERY DIVE WILL BE DIFFERENT! For example, we will dive a pinnacle, then a seamount, wreck, wall, magnificent reef system, volcanic sites with swim-throughs and over-hangs: all sites will be distinct and exciting for divers of all ability levels.
• We will not typically be diving areas that will have currents or deep depths. Most abundant marine life in the BVI is located between 35 to 80 feet. Regardless of experience level, all divers will be surprised, entertained, and happy with the dive sites and variety of marine life encountered.
• You are allowed to teach any Courses or Specialties on our boats for no extra charge.
• Dive trips can be completely customized for your convenience: we can pro-rate the number of days/nights as per the special pricing to make the stay longer or shorter, as well as adding dives and many special events and island tours that we offer for dive groups. The special rate includes Diving and Accommodations only and two afternoons on the out island of Jost Van Dyke as well as diving the World-famous Wreck of the RMS Rhone which went down in 1867 (voted Number One Wreck Dive in the Caribbean: every year!).
• Breakfast can be added for $89 per person for all diving days. Lunch can be added for $89.00 per person. Breakfast and lunch can be added for a total of $169.00 as part of this Special and also includes a deserted island beach bbq/ party and eco-tour on a 14 acre National Park island known as Sandy Cay.
• We offer a referral commission program for all dive shops!!! Book individual sales for any week even if you cannot organize a group. We offer a 10% discount for dive shop bookings the standard Accommodations/Diving Package for your customers (when you make the booking) and also will pay you a 10% commission and send them back to buy equipment from you.
